Using your inbox Beta

Read incoming mail, ask your assistant to triage and draft, and send replies from your Praxivara Mail address — all in one place.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Your Praxivara Mail inbox works like any email inbox — messages arrive, you read them, and you reply. The difference is that your assistant is right there to help you triage, draft, and send.

Receiving mail

Anyone can email your <handle>[email protected] address and the message lands in your inbox. From there you can:

  • Read the full message, including attachments.
  • Ask your assistant to summarize a long thread or pull out the key ask.
  • Have your assistant sort what's urgent from what can wait.

Replying and sending

Ask your assistant to draft a reply and it writes one in your voice, ready for you to review. When you're happy with it, send.

You stay in control. Your assistant drafts freely, but sending an email goes out on your behalf — so it confirms with you before anything leaves your inbox.

You can also start a message from scratch: tell your assistant who to write to and what to say, review the draft, and send it from your Praxivara Mail address.

Working with your inbox in chat

Because the inbox and your assistant share the same workspace, you can move between them naturally:

  • "What came in today?" — get a quick rundown of new mail.
  • "Reply to the message from Sam and confirm the meeting." — draft in context.
  • "Turn this email into a task." — capture follow-ups in your Tasks.

Sending limits and credits

Each send counts against your add-on tier's allowance and draws from your credit balance. If you hit your allowance, upgrade the add-on to send more. Receiving mail isn't capped by the tier.

Note. Praxivara Mail is a dedicated inbox. To work inside an email account you already use, connect Gmail or Outlook instead.
