Every Praxivara plan includes the full product: the assistant, custom agents, every channel, and every integration. Plans differ mainly in how much you can run each month and how many people and workspaces you can support. You can start on a free trial, upgrade when you're ready, and change plans at any time from your billing settings.
What's included in every plan
There are no features locked away on higher tiers. Whichever plan you're on, you get:
- The assistant — chat, voice mode, image generation, document design, file upload, web search, and deep research.
- Agents — build custom AI workers with tools, skills, knowledge, memory, schedules, and triggers.
- Channels — reach the assistant over SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, and voice.
- All integrations — Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, CRMs, accounting tools, and the research scrapers.
What changes between plans
Plans scale four things. Everything else stays the same across tiers.

Need more of just one thing without jumping to a bigger plan? Most limits can be extended with add-ons, and credits can be topped up with credit packs at any time.
How the free trial works
The free trial lets you try Praxivara end to end — build an agent, connect a tool, run a few tasks, and chat from your phone — so you can see the value before committing. Your trial includes a starter allotment of credits and access to the full product. What you try during the trial is exactly what you get on a paid plan.
Sign up with email or Google and start using the assistant right away.
Link Gmail, your calendar, or a CRM and ask the assistant to do actual work. Build an agent while you're at it.
Add a payment method to move onto a paid plan and keep your credits topped up each month.
If you haven't added a payment method by the time your trial credits run low or the trial period ends, nothing is lost — your agents, chats, and connected tools stay in place. You simply pick a plan to resume running new tasks. Adding a payment method during the trial doesn't charge you early; you're billed only when you choose a plan, with tax applied automatically based on your billing address.
Upgrading and downgrading
You change plans from your billing settings, and the timing is predictable in both directions.
- Upgrades apply immediately so you get the larger allowance right away. Praxivara prorates the difference, charging only for the remaining days in your current period, and your renewal date stays the same.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan's benefits until then. Your monthly credit allowance adjusts to the new plan when the change kicks in.
Changing add-ons
Seats, workspaces, phone numbers, mail inboxes, and storage can be added or removed at any time. Increases are prorated and take effect immediately; decreases apply at your next renewal.
Canceling
You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access to your data throughout. After cancellation, new AI work pauses, but your agents, chats, and connected tools are preserved — resubscribe and you pick up right where you left off.
Renewals and invoices
Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date, and your monthly credits refresh at the same time. Every renewal generates an invoice with tax applied automatically based on your billing address.
On a team, the subscription and all billing changes are managed by the workspace owner or an admin.
