The WhatsApp channel lets you message your assistant on the app you probably already use every day. Ask questions, send images, and get formatted replies right inside a WhatsApp thread — great if you're international or simply live in WhatsApp.
Connect WhatsApp
In Settings, go to Channels and choose WhatsApp.
Add the phone number tied to your WhatsApp account, including its country code.
Confirm the code so Praxivara can link the number to your account.
Open the Praxivara WhatsApp chat and send your first message.
What works well on WhatsApp
- Send photos and documents for the assistant to read and act on.
- Get replies with clean formatting for lists and steps.
- Keep a running conversation that stays in sync with your other channels.
Good to know
Only your verified WhatsApp number can reach your assistant. You can disconnect the channel any time from the Channels settings, and the same conversation continues on the web or any other connected channel.
