On this page
Praxivara Mail gives your assistant a real, working email inbox. Instead of connecting an existing account, you get a fresh address at praxivaramail.com that lives inside Praxivara — one your assistant and your agents can read, send, and act on directly. It's the simplest way to let Praxivara handle email end to end: forward things to it, hand the address out as a contact, or point automations at it, and your assistant takes it from there.
What you get
- A real inbox. A dedicated address in the form
[email protected]that sends and receives genuine email. - Assistant access. Your assistant can triage incoming mail, draft replies, and send messages on your behalf when you ask.
- Agent access. Agents can watch the inbox as a trigger and use it to send updates, confirmations, or reports.
- Clean separation. Praxivara Mail is its own inbox — separate from any Gmail or Outlook account you connect as an integration.
Praxivara Mail vs. connecting Gmail or Outlook
These serve different needs, and you can use both. If you want Praxivara to work inside the inbox you already read every day, connect Gmail or Outlook. If you want a purpose-built address that belongs to your assistant, use Praxivara Mail.
| Praxivara Mail | Gmail / Outlook integration | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | Inside Praxivara | Your existing provider |
| Setup | Pick a handle, done | Connect your account |
| Best for | A dedicated inbox for your assistant and agents | Working across email you already use |
Getting your address
Your Praxivara Mail address is built from a handle you choose. The final address takes the form [email protected] — for example, [email protected]. Once it's created, the address is live: it can receive mail immediately and your assistant can start sending from it.
Go to the Praxivara Mail section in your platform settings.
Pick a short handle — usually your name, company, or team. It becomes the part before [email protected].
Confirm to claim the address. Your inbox is ready right away.
Choosing a good handle
- Use letters, numbers, and simple separators, and keep it easy to say out loud.
- Match it to how you'll use the inbox — a company handle for shared work, a personal one for your own assistant.
- Handles are unique across praxivaramail.com, so a first choice may already be taken.
Using your inbox
Your Praxivara Mail inbox works like any email inbox — messages arrive, you read them, and you reply. The difference is that your assistant is right there to help you triage, draft, and send.
Receiving mail
Anyone can email your <handle>[email protected] address and the message lands in your inbox. From there you can:
- Read the full message, including attachments.
- Ask your assistant to summarize a long thread or pull out the key ask.
- Have your assistant sort what's urgent from what can wait.
Replying and sending
Ask your assistant to draft a reply and it writes one in your voice, ready for you to review. When you're happy with it, send.
You can also start a message from scratch: tell your assistant who to write to and what to say, review the draft, and send it from your Praxivara Mail address.
Working with your inbox in chat
Because the inbox and your assistant share the same workspace, you can move between them naturally:
- "What came in today?" — get a quick rundown of new mail.
- "Reply to the message from Sam and confirm the meeting." — draft in context.
- "Turn this email into a task." — capture follow-ups in your Tasks.
How your assistant & agents use your mailbox
Praxivara Mail isn't just for you to read — it's a channel your assistant and your agents can build on. Incoming mail can kick off work automatically, and your agents can send email as part of what they do.
Your assistant
Your assistant treats the inbox as a place it can act. Ask it to keep an eye on new mail, summarize what arrives, draft replies, or send a message, and it works directly against your Praxivara Mail address. Because you approve outgoing mail, you always know what's being sent.
Agents
Agents can use the mailbox in two directions:
As a trigger
Point an agent's automation at your Praxivara Mail inbox so it runs whenever a new message arrives. A support agent can react to inbound questions; a sales agent can log and route new leads; an ops agent can process forwarded requests.
As an output
Agents can send email from your address as part of their work — confirmations, reports, or replies. What an agent sends lands in Deliveries, and its run history shows up in Activity.
Example patterns
- Inbox triage agent. Sort and label incoming mail, then summarize the day for you.
- Auto-responder. Reply to common questions from a playbook and escalate the rest.
- Report delivery. Have a scheduled agent email you a recap on its own cadence.
Sending limits and credits
How many messages you can send in a period depends on your plan and add-on tier. Higher tiers raise the cap. Receiving mail is not limited by these tiers, and you can raise your send allowance by upgrading the add-on from your add-ons page.
| Tier | Send allowance |
|---|---|
| Entry | 1 / period |
| Standard | 5 / period |
| Plus | 10 / period |
| Pro | 50 / period |
Praxivara Mail is available as an add-on, and your plan sets how many messages you can send in a period. Each email you send also draws from your credit balance, on top of the tier's send allowance. Receiving mail does not count against your send allowance. Automated sends from your assistant and agents draw from the same allowance and credits as manual sending.
