Add-ons and storage

Add-ons let you grow one dimension of your plan without jumping to a higher tier. If you need another seat or an extra phone number but everything else is fine, an add-on is the right tool — you extend just the capacity you're short on and leave the rest of your plan untouched.
Available add-ons
Each add-on extends a different part of your workspace's capacity:

How add-ons are billed
Add-ons are recurring and renew alongside your subscription. They're prorated: when you add one mid-cycle, you're charged only for the days remaining in the period, and when you remove one, the change takes effect at your next renewal. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown before you confirm.
Adding or removing an add-on
Find the add-ons section in your billing settings.
Increase or decrease seats, workspaces, phone numbers, mail inboxes, or storage.
Praxivara shows the prorated amount and applies tax automatically before you confirm the change.
Storage allowances
Praxivara keeps the files you and your agents work with in secure storage tied to your workspace. Every plan includes a storage allowance measured in gigabytes, and the storage add-on extends that allowance when you need more room.
What counts toward storage
- Files you upload to the assistant or to an agent's knowledge.
- Documents and images the assistant generates for you.
- Recordings from voice and phone calls.
- Files agents produce and save to Deliveries.
Checking your usage
Your current storage use and allowance appear in your billing settings and on the Usage page. If you're approaching your limit, that's the place to see what's taking up space.
Adding more storage
Storage add-ons extend your allowance without changing plans. Like the other add-ons, storage is billed as a recurring, prorated charge — if you add space partway through your billing period, you only pay for the days remaining.
Storage is separate from credits: credits pay for the AI work, and storage pays for keeping the resulting files. Adjusting one doesn't affect the other.
Freeing up space
You can also bring usage back down instead of buying more. Deleting large uploads, old recordings, or unused agent knowledge is the quickest way to stay within your allowance.
