Your Drive is the single place for every file you and your assistant work with — things you upload, files that come out of your chats and your agents, voice recordings, and files that arrive over your connected channels. Nothing is scattered: it all lands here automatically.
The three views
A rail on the left splits your files into three simple views:
- My Drive — your own files: anything you upload here, plus anything you ask the assistant to save to your personal drive. These stay yours permanently.
- Assistant Drive — files that came out of your chats with the assistant (documents it made for you, images, things you sent it, voice notes, and channel files).
- Agent Drive — files your agents produced on their runs, such as a report or a PDF a scheduled agent delivered.
Uploading
In My Drive, use Upload to add files from your computer, or drag them onto the page. Uploaded files count toward your workspace storage.
Opening a file
Click a file to open a preview — images, PDFs, documents, and even voice recordings play right in the panel. Use the download button to save a copy. To select files instead of opening them (for example to move or delete several at once), use the checkbox that appears when you hover a file.
