Once files are in your Drive you can tidy them up — save the important ones to your personal drive, group them into folders, and remove what you no longer need. You can do all of this yourself on the Drive page, or just ask your assistant.
Save a file to My Drive
When your assistant makes or receives a file, tell it “save this to my drive” and it moves that file into My Drive and keeps it for good — even if the chat or agent it came from is later deleted.
Folders
In My Drive, choose New folder and give it a name. You can also ask the assistant to make one.
Select one or more files and move them into the folder, or tell the assistant “put this in my Reports folder.”
Star and keep
- Star a file to mark it as important so it is easy to find later.
- Keep a file so it survives the chat or agent it came from being deleted.
Deleting
Deleting a file removes it everywhere and frees up your storage. If that file was attached to an agent delivery, the delivery will show it as removed.
