Data privacy & your data

Where your Praxivara data lives, how it's protected, and how to export or permanently delete it whenever you want.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Praxivara handles your business data, so it's fair to want to know where it lives, who can reach it, and how to get it back or remove it. This article covers the essentials in plain language. If you need something more formal, our privacy policy and security documentation go into full detail.

What data Praxivara holds

Your account holds a few distinct kinds of information:

  • Account details. Your name, email, and settings.
  • Conversations and workspace items. Chats, Tasks, Meetings, Reminders, Notes, and Contacts.
  • Your agents. Their builds, skills, files, knowledge, memory, and run history.
  • Connected-tool data. Read on demand when the assistant or an agent needs it to complete a request. Praxivara reaches your connected accounts using secure authorization and does not store your passwords.

How your data is protected

  • Encryption. Sensitive values such as integration credentials and agent secrets are encrypted.
  • Tenant isolation. Your workspace is walled off from every other customer's, so one account can't reach another's data.
  • Scoped access. Agents run inside a security boundary that keeps them from reaching billing, admin, or other users' data.
  • Account security. Two-factor authentication, active-session management, and new-device login alerts help keep your account yours.
Talking to the outside world. When an agent speaks with a third party on a phone call or over email, Praxivara is built to keep your internal account details from leaking to that party.

Downloading a copy of your data

An export gives you a copy of the information tied to your account, so you have it for your own records or to move elsewhere. You can request one at any time.

Request an export

Open the Account section of your settings and choose to download your data.

We prepare it

Praxivara gathers your data and makes it available to download. Depending on how much you have, this can take a little time.

Download your copy

Save the file somewhere safe. It contains personal information, so treat it like any sensitive document.

Disconnecting a tool

To revoke Praxivara's access to a connected service, remove that integration from your Integrations page. This cuts off access to that tool without affecting the rest of your account.

Deleting your account

If you decide to leave Praxivara for good, you can erase your account from Account settings. This permanently removes your profile, workspace data, agents, connected integrations, and history.

Erasure is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data is purged and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep before you begin.

Before you delete, take a few minutes to:

  • Export first. Download a copy of anything you might want later, since it won't be retrievable afterward.
  • Check your subscription. Cancel or review your plan in Billing settings so you're not billed further.
  • Consider your team. If you own a shared workspace, transfer ownership or notify members before erasing, so their access isn't lost unexpectedly.

Some records, such as billing and tax invoices, may be retained where the law requires it. Everything else is removed as part of erasure.

Payments and card details

Billing runs through a secure third-party payment processor. Your card details are handled entirely by that processor and are never stored on Praxivara's own systems. Invoices, taxes, and payment methods are all managed through the secure billing area.
