Managing routines

Everything you set up lives on the Routines page, where you can adjust, pause, or remove any routine and see what each one has been up to.

Edit a routine

Open any routine to change what it covers, when it runs, or where it's delivered. Changes take effect from the next run — there's nothing to redeploy.

Pause or turn off

Switch a routine off to stop it running without losing it. Its setup is kept, so you can turn it back on whenever you want. Pausing is the right move when you only need a break — a vacation, a quiet week — rather than a permanent change.

Delete a routine

Deleting removes the routine and stops its scheduled runs for good.

See what it's delivered

Each routine keeps a history of its runs, so you can look back at what it sent and when. It's the quickest way to confirm a routine is doing its job — or to spot one that's gone quiet.

If a routine keeps failing

Sometimes a routine can't finish — usually because a tool it relies on needs reconnecting. When a routine runs into trouble repeatedly, it pauses itself so it doesn't keep trying (or keep charging), and lets you know. Fix the underlying issue — often just reconnecting an integration — and turn it back on.

Cost and caps

Routines use credits for the work they do and the messages they send. To keep that predictable:

• Routines run within built-in caps, so a busy stretch can't quietly run up a large bill.
• They have their own line on your Usage page, separate from your chats and agents.
• If you're running low, you can top up your credits at any time.

Personal and workspace routines

You'll manage your personal routines and any workspace routines from the same page, grouped so it's clear which is which. Workspace routines are part of your shared setup; personal ones are yours alone.
