Meetings keeps your schedule and call details in one place inside Praxivara. Import your Google Meet and Zoom meetings and the assistant can prep you beforehand, keep track of what was discussed, and turn outcomes into tasks and follow-ups.

Import from Google Meet and Zoom

Connect your accounts under Integrations, then import your meetings so Praxivara knows what's coming up.

Connect your calendar and video tools

Link Google Workspace (for Meet and Calendar) and Zoom in a click from the Integrations page.

Import your meetings

Bring in meetings from Google Meet and Zoom. They appear in your Meetings area with their time, participants, and join details.

Ask the assistant to prep you

Say "what's my next meeting and who's on it?" and the assistant pulls the details together, including anything relevant from your email or docs.

Before the meeting

Ask the assistant to research attendees, pull the latest thread with a client, or draft an agenda. Because it can search your connected tools and the web, you walk in prepared without digging around yourself.

After the meeting

Turn outcomes into action. Ask the assistant to "create tasks from these meeting notes" or "draft a follow-up email to everyone who attended," and it will handle it across your connected tools.

Tip. Ask the assistant to "add a reminder 15 minutes before my next call" so you're never caught off guard.
Note. What Praxivara can see for each meeting depends on the tools you've connected and the access you granted them.
