Meet your AI executive assistant

Meet the Praxivara assistant — a chat AI that takes real action across your email, calendar, docs, and research tools.

Last updated July 14, 2026

The Praxivara assistant is your AI executive assistant. You talk to it in plain language, and it gets real work done across the tools you already use — sending email, scheduling meetings, drafting documents, researching the web, and more.

Unlike a search box or a basic chatbot, the assistant can take action. Connect your accounts once, and it reads and writes on your behalf: reply to a client, add a calendar hold, pull numbers from a spreadsheet, or summarize a long PDF.

What it can do

  • Act across your tools. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Outlook, Slack, your CRM, and dozens more — connect in a click and the assistant uses them right away.
  • Research the web. Web search plus deep research that scrapes, crawls, and extracts real data from pages and sites.
  • Create things. Generate images, design documents and PDFs, and work with files you upload.
  • Talk out loud. Use voice mode for a hands-free conversation, or have the assistant place and take phone calls.
Tip. The more tools you connect, the more the assistant can do without leaving the chat.

How a conversation works

You ask

Type or speak a request in your own words — no special syntax needed.

It plans and acts

The assistant chooses the right tools, does the work, and asks before anything sensitive or irreversible.

You get results

Answers come back as clear text and rich result cards you can act on directly.

Your workspace

Everything the assistant touches lives in your workspace: Tasks, Meetings (import from Google Meet or Zoom), Reminders, Notes, and Contacts. You can also personalize how the assistant works with you — set a nickname, share a bit about yourself, and add custom instructions it remembers.

Note. The assistant handles day-to-day requests. When you want a repeatable worker that runs on its own, build an Agent.
