Daily Briefs is the built-in routine that comes with every account. Each morning it sends a short, friendly summary to your phone so you start the day already in the picture — what's on your calendar, the emails that matter, news on the topics you follow, and anything new from the tools you've connected.
What's in your brief
Out of the box, your morning brief pulls together:
- Your day's calendar — meetings and events, with times.
- Important emails — the messages worth seeing first.
- News you follow — a few headlines on the topics you care about.
- Updates from your connected tools — anything notable from the apps you've connected.
You can tailor which of these appear, and add extras like tasks or the day's weather.
Turning it on
Daily Briefs delivers to your phone, so the one thing it needs is a messaging channel. Once your account is set up and a channel is connected, it starts automatically.
Go to the Routines page from your sidebar. You'll see Daily Briefs already there.
Link WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, or SMS so the brief has somewhere to land. See Channels.
Your first brief arrives at the scheduled time on the next day, delivered straight to your phone.
Make it yours
Daily Briefs is meant to fit your morning. You can:
- Change the time it arrives to match when you actually start your day.
- Choose the sections you want — keep the calendar and email, add tasks or weather, drop what you don't read.
- Pick the channel it delivers to if you've connected more than one.
Turning it off
If you'd rather not receive it, switch Daily Briefs off from the Routines page at any time. You can turn it back on whenever you like — nothing is lost.
Common questions
When will my brief arrive?
At the scheduled morning time in your own time zone. You can change the time from the Routines page.
Why haven't I received my brief?
The most common reason is that no phone channel is connected yet. Open Routines, connect a channel, and it will start delivering. See Channels.
Can I change what's in it?
Yes. Open Daily Briefs and choose which sections to include — calendar, email, news, connected-tool updates, tasks, or weather.
Does it cost credits?
Each brief uses a small amount of credits for the work it does and the message it sends. You can track it on your Usage page.
