Using your connected integrations in chat

Connect an app in a click and your assistant can act inside it right away — read, create, and update across email, calendar, CRM, docs, and more.

Integrations are what turn the assistant from a smart chat into a doer. Connect an app once, and the assistant can use it immediately, reading your data, creating new items, and making updates on your behalf.

Everything happens in the same conversation. There's no separate setup for each request and nothing to configure per task.

Connect in a click

From your integrations settings, choose an app and connect it. For most apps this is a quick, secure sign-in. Once it's linked, both your assistant and any agents you build can use it right away.

Open integrations

Go to your integrations settings and browse the available apps.

Connect the app

Click connect and complete the secure sign-in. That's it, no keys to copy or paste.

Ask in chat

Describe what you want. The assistant picks the right connected tool automatically.

What you can connect

Praxivara works with the tools businesses rely on every day:

  • Productivity and email: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts, Tasks, Meet), Microsoft Outlook Mail and Calendar, Slack, Zoom, Apple Calendar, Todoist, Dropbox.
  • CRM and sales: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
  • Finance and payments: Stripe, QuickBooks, Wave, Zoho Books, GoCardless.
  • Commerce and dev: Shopify, GitHub.
  • Communication and data: Twilio, Cisco Webex, Zoho Desk, Firecrawl, IPinfo.
  • Research scrapers: around 100 web sources such as Amazon, Zillow, LinkedIn, Booking, Instagram, Yahoo Finance, and Google Maps.

Using an integration in a conversation

You don't have to name the tool. Just say what you want done and the assistant maps it to the right connected app. A few examples:

  • "Email the Johnson proposal to Dana and CC me."
  • "Add a 30-minute call with the design team to my calendar Thursday afternoon."
  • "Pull last month's revenue from the sales sheet and summarize the trend."
  • "Create a Todoist task to follow up on the invoice, due Friday."

When a request spans several apps, the assistant coordinates them for you in a single flow.

Note. Anything that sends, posts, or changes data asks for your confirmation before it happens.

Keep your connections tidy

You can review and disconnect apps any time from your integrations settings. Disconnecting stops the assistant from using that app until you reconnect it.
