Connecting an integration takes a few seconds. You sign in to the app through its own secure login, approve access, and you're done — the assistant and your agents can use it right away.
Connect an app
Go to the Integrations tab and browse or search for the app you want, such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Stripe.
Select the app and choose Connect. Praxivara opens a secure sign-in with the app's provider.
Log in to the app as you normally would and approve the access it requests. You're signing in with the provider, so Praxivara never sees your password.
You'll return to Praxivara with the app marked as connected. It's immediately available to the assistant and to any agent you give it to.
Different ways apps connect
Most integrations use the secure provider sign-in described above. A few connect a little differently depending on the app:
- Provider sign-in — the most common flow, used by apps like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.
- App-specific keys or passwords — some apps ask you to paste a key or app-specific password from their settings. Praxivara stores these securely and encrypted.
- Account details — a few apps, such as certain accounting or calendar services, use account-specific details you enter once.
Whatever the method, the connection screen tells you exactly what to provide.
Research scrapers
The ~100 Research web scrapers — for sites like Amazon, Zillow, LinkedIn, and Google Maps — connect the same easy way. Once enabled, the assistant can pull structured data from those sites when you ask.
