Connect Todoist and Praxivara can manage your to-do list for you. Add tasks, check what's due, complete items, and keep everything organized — from a chat, a voice call, or while you're on the go.

Authorize

Click Connect and approve access on Todoist's own screen.

Tip. Todoist stays in sync with your workspace. Tasks you capture through Praxivara land in Todoist, and updates flow back so nothing falls through the cracks.

Using it with agents

Build an agent that turns incoming email into tasks, sends you a morning list of what's due, or files follow-ups after meetings. Todoist can also fire Triggers, so a new task can kick off an agent. Add Todoist in the agent's Tools panel.

Note. You can also use Praxivara's own Tasks in your workspace. Todoist is for keeping your existing lists in the loop.
