Connect QuickBooks

Open Integrations

Find QuickBooks under Popular integrations.

Authorize

Click Connect and approve access on Intuit's sign-in screen.

Get to work

Try "which invoices are overdue?" or "create an invoice for Acme for 12 hours of consulting."

Tip. Pair QuickBooks with Stripe or Shopify to cross-check payments against your books in one conversation.

Using it with agents

Build an agent that chases overdue invoices, sends you a weekly cash-flow summary, or drafts invoices from completed work. Add QuickBooks in the agent's Tools panel and add a Schedule to run it automatically.

Note. Anything that creates or changes records in QuickBooks is confirmed before it runs, so your books stay accurate.
