Salesforce

Connect Salesforce so Praxivara can look up records, log activity, and keep your CRM up to date from a simple chat.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Connect Salesforce and Praxivara becomes a natural-language front end for your CRM. Ask about an account, create a lead, update an opportunity, or log a call — in plain English, from chat or voice.

What you can do

  • Look up contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities by name.
  • Create and update records without clicking through screens.
  • Log activities, tasks, and notes against the right record.
  • Pull a quick summary of a deal or a pipeline before a meeting.

Open Integrations

Find Salesforce under Popular integrations.

Authorize

Click Connect and approve access on Salesforce's sign-in screen. Your login stays with Salesforce.

Ask away

Try "show me open opportunities for Acme" or "log a call with Priya on the Acme deal."

Tip. Praxivara supports a wide range of Salesforce actions across standard and custom objects, so most day-to-day CRM work can happen in chat.

Using it with agents

Give an agent your Salesforce tools to keep records tidy automatically — enrich new leads, create follow-up tasks after a meeting, or send you a pipeline summary each morning. Add Salesforce in the agent's Tools panel.

Note. Changes that write to your CRM are confirmed before they run, so you can review what will be created or updated.
