Generating PDFs

Invoices, receipts, tickets, reports and certificates: your app lays them out as HTML and renders a real PDF, stored privately and shared by signed link.

PDFs are the most requested feature in business apps: an invoice, a receipt, a ticket with a QR code, a monthly report, a certificate. Your app builds the document as clean HTML in its own style, and the platform renders a real PDF from it.

JavaScript
import { pdf, files } from "@praxivara/sdk";

const { url } = await pdf.render(invoiceHtml, "invoice-1042");
const { signed_url } = await files.createSignedUrl({ file_url: url });
window.open(signed_url, "_blank");
  • The HTML is laid out with a fixed, print-friendly width and inline styles, so the PDF matches the app's look.
  • The result is stored privately like an upload. Mint a signed link before showing or downloading it.
  • Rendering needs a signed-in user. Rendering is not billed in credits; the stored file counts toward your storage.

Asking for it

Add a Download PDF button to each invoice with our logo and payment details. Email members a PDF ticket with a QR code when they book.
