Logs

Two logs for every app: what happens in the app (sign-ins, data changes, emails, function runs) and every API call with its request, response, key and timing.

On this page

The Logs tab keeps a trail of what your app does, in two views.

In the app

Sign-ins and registrations, rows created, changed or deleted, emails sent, functions run, and errors. Each entry shows the event, who or what caused it, and when. Filter to errors only.

API calls

Every call your app's API answers is recorded in full: the verb and path, the status, the key used, how long it took, and the request and response bodies. The summary shows calls in the last 24 hours, how many were refused or failed, the average response time, the busiest table and what is being refused. Filter by table, method or key, search the path, or show failures only.

The X-Request-Id every API answer carries is the id of its log entry, so a developer can point you at the exact call.

Function runs

Runs started by automations, with their console output and errors, are under Automations on the row's Logs.
