Version history — view & restore

Every change to an agent is saved as a version — review what changed over time and roll back to any earlier state in one step.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Agents evolve as you refine their instructions, tools, and skills. Version history keeps a record of those changes so you can see how an agent got to where it is — and undo a change that didn't land the way you hoped.

How versions are saved

Each time you make a meaningful change to an agent — updating its instructions, adding a tool, editing a skill — Praxivara saves a version. You don't have to remember to save; the history builds itself as you work.

Review earlier versions

Open version history

From the agent, open its Version history. You'll see a timeline of versions, most recent first.

Inspect a version

Select any entry to see what the agent looked like at that point in time.

Restore a version

Found a version that worked better? Restore it, and the agent reverts to that configuration. Restoring is itself saved as a new version, so nothing is lost — you can always move forward again.

Tip. Before a big rework, note the current version. If the new direction doesn't pan out, restoring gets you back to a known-good state instantly.
Heads up. Restoring reverts the agent's configuration — its instructions, tools, and skills. It doesn't undo past runs or delete Deliveries that were already produced.
