Praxivara is an AI business assistant that doesn't just answer questions — it does the work. It connects to the tools you already use, then reads, drafts, schedules, researches, and files things on your behalf.
Under one account you get two ways to get things done: a conversational Assistant you talk to, and custom Agents you build once and let run on their own.
The Assistant
The Assistant is a chat AI that takes real action across your connected tools — email, calendar, documents, and the web. Ask it to clear your inbox, book a meeting, summarize a contract, or research a competitor, and it carries the task through end to end.
- Talk or type. Use voice mode, or place a live phone call and speak to it directly.
- Create. Generate images, design documents and PDFs, and upload your own files for it to work with.
- Research the web. Search, then scrape, crawl, and extract from pages for deep research — with results shown in rich, scannable cards.
- Stay organized. Your workspace holds Tasks, Meetings, Reminders, Notes, and Contacts, and you can import meetings from Google Meet or Zoom.
Agents
Agents are custom AI workers you build through a chat-based AI builder. It asks clarifying questions, then shows a visual Blueprint of the plan before anything runs.
Each agent can be given Tools, Skills (step-by-step playbooks), Files, Knowledge, Memory, and Secrets. Add Automations — schedules and triggers from email, webhooks, or integration events — and the agent runs without you. Outputs land in Deliveries, run history in Activity, and anything that goes wrong in Errors.
Works where you do
Praxivara reaches you through Channels: chat from your phone over SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or Telegram, or call a Voice number and talk. Add Praxivara Phone to rent numbers for inbound and outbound AI calls, and Praxivara Mail to give your assistant a real inbox.
