Your first conversation with the Assistant
Give the Praxivara Assistant a real task and watch it take action — no setup, no learning curve, just plain-language requests.
Last updated July 14, 2026
The Assistant is the quickest way to feel what Praxivara can do. You describe what you need in plain language, and it takes real action — drafting emails, scheduling meetings, researching the web, or creating documents on your behalf.
Let's run your first conversation.
Start talking
From your Dashboard, type into the chat box. There's nothing to configure first — just say what you want.
Instead of "help with email," try "Draft a friendly reply to the last message from Priya confirming Thursday at 2pm." Clear requests get better results.
The Assistant shows its work in rich result cards. For anything that sends, posts, or changes something, it checks with you before acting.
What you can ask for
- Get things done in your tools. Once you connect apps like Gmail, Google Calendar, or Slack, the Assistant can act in them — send an email, add an event, share an update.
- Research the web. Ask it to search, read pages, and pull together findings — from a quick lookup to deep, multi-source research.
- Create things. Generate images, design documents and PDFs, or work with files you upload.
- Manage your workspace. Capture tasks, notes, reminders, and contacts, or import meetings from Google Meet and Zoom.
Connect your tools
The Assistant is far more useful once it can reach your apps. Connecting takes a click — head to Integrations and link Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, your CRM, and more. As soon as a tool is connected, the Assistant can use it.
Make it yours
Add a nickname, share a bit about yourself, and set custom instructions so replies match your tone and preferences. The Assistant remembers these across conversations.
